Notification for messages stays even though the message has been read, responded to and deleted. Tried unchecking the auto renew yet it will not stay unchecked. also only wanted to try it for one month but it charged me for two when I only authorized one.

i joined yesterday thru the website, after i got a profile done i tried search but the website would not respond to any clicking i did....oh it needs me to confirm my email address or i am able to click the send email....i did like 20 times thru out the day and checked my inbox, trash, and spam folder no email was ever site...which means I am unable to delete the profile cause i am not able to verify my email....this is for the app and the website. either send out the verify email or email me stating that my profile is has been removed...worse experience ever

Emails to customer support bounced as undeliverable. Paid for premium *embarrassed*. They took my money and now the app doesn't work. The "women" are all phishing your info. Great for nothing.

This app is so buggy! I've tried to edit profile many times to make some corrections and it wouldn't let me, also when you do a refresh the app closes and shuts down.

Buggy app small userbase and most if not all of the users have not been online for days. Not many romance scams on this app. Only one so far. Glad I only spent 20 dollars for a one month subscription because I will not be renewing

Im using Android Ver. 9. The app wouldnt let me signup. After signing up, using their website, I can't see any pictures in the app, not even my own. The app is absolutely useless.

Dear LavaLife, I know you've been around since the regency era, but.....GET YOUR S#IT TOGETHER!! Your Bass-Ackwards app won't let me upload a profile picture. WHY are you allowing yourself to look so broken and antiquated!?! It's Embarrassing. If you can't afford decent technical support and coders, then please don't waste the public's time. Just shut down your site. There is no way I'd pay a wooden nickle for it at its current state.

Site has lots of problems and sometimes you log out, you can't get back in and email notification to change password doesn't work.
