Now that the sound notification seems to be working as it should at the moment I have updated the app from 1 to 2 stars. However, I will not be able to rate it any higher until it is possible to access the customer information and job details after the completed button is pressed, and when it becomes possible to receive the running total daily turnover figures. Both these options were available on the previously designed app before it was updated to what we have now.

Not good at all. Sends job to driver after 4 to 5 minutes. Location of drivers are delayed by about 5 to 10 minutes. When the message alert goes on, you can not stop it sometime, actually, lot of the time you cannot stop it. You have to switch off the phone to stop the message alert repeatedly saying " excuse me boss you have a message". Overall it is a bad app.

Not bad app. Question, why on the main screen in the green boxes does it put the destination first before the pick up? Then when you go into the job it puts the pick up first then the destination. Irritating!!!

Alway playing up open the app click on bookings kicks you straight out notification don't let me know I have new jobs one problem after another but if you go into calendar click on jobs they work getting really fed up with this app
