I was putting in numbers time and time again but when I tapped search nothing happened the search box cleared and returned to please insert number etc then by chance i put a number in i then removed the keyboard and tapped search and the driver information appeared maybe this might work for people who like me couldn't get it to work!

It just won't work,it won't get past rhe loading page which I think is a disgrace.You can't check the driver and u don't know who they are and u can't let people know who u are travelling with.GET IT FIXED NOW,I hate the fact that it won't allow u to take a screenshot and won't work with mobile data

Useless, like most government apps.. If someone is connected to the Taxi number or reg, you get their info. Otherwise, you can't report a dodgy car or driver if they're not connected to the vehicle. There's a history button to save drivers, but it keeps resetting occasionally and info is lost. Pathetic

Since the last update app is not working. Not showing any records. I tried many different fellow drivers Taxi registrations, Roof signs and drivers PSV numbers. But every search shows no results.I'm a Taxi driver myself and i confirm the app since last update is not working. All the Taxi drivers maybe reported for no reason. please kindly Fix the App.

App broken - completely. When you open the app and click 'check', the app crashes, redirects to your email with the body of the email containing the entire error log and a toast message briefly appears saying 'app broken send report to developers'. Cmon lads, abysmal carry on. Please fix this.

Frozen app since last updated don't know why the NTA have not fixed this problem ?????? Frozen again?????? Well it's the 10th of June and the app is still frozen great work by the NTA it's the 29th of October and the app is still frozen hear we are jan 9 2023 and still frozen rang the nta again the reply was we do not know how this is frozen ?????.

App no longer works can't get any information on the driver of cab no matter what you do developer has been contacted over this but still it does not work could lead to legit drivers been reported and the doggy ones getting away Scot free fix the app !!!!!
