Worst experience ever, after renting a car in 2022 they are calling me and threatening me to raise a law case to pay them around a 1000 sar for *damages*, the car had no accident, and they mentioned the fixed and painted the front bumper, the headlight, rear bumper,front and door and back door for 1000 SAR!! Also in the app it shows the amount for extra KM the situation is cleary a scam. On top of that they are not able to show any report,bill or photos!

They don't know after that every time I search the car they say that there is a issues in your account please contact the costumer service I call the costumer service they say that your account is on update like it's been 3 months it's still updating and I tried my friends account same thing why did with that to after booking a car why say that there is an issue worst application worst

Worst saudi app i have ever seen Take amount multiple times, and when time has come to pick up a car, it appears "the app isn't supported. Further, when u call on the given helpline number, their staff will say the app is on update Never ever use this app in case of emergency

bad support! i got stucked in shuqaiq with an elantra with battery issue. guess what the customer service ask me to get a new battery! in the middle of the desert. he then said he will send email to workshop to assist me. workshop called after 1 hr. and he said im far away from jizan (they are in jizan) and they cannot help! i dont recommemd this service! better use budget and others they will change your car whereever you are! this is the last time im gonna use this app. 👎👎👎👎👎
