Unfortunately when I completed all the quests in app I wasn't paid. They say completed, but I have zero in my wallet. I keep trying to open a ticket, but it crashes everytime. Quote annoying. Please help and I might be able to change to 5 stars. I won't even go into the catastrophe that happened during the update and all my coins being lost....

Used to be fun and interesting however a couple weeks ago the apps stopped registering my scores to the leaderboards but it still takes my tokens to let me play. End result is I can't win anything and just lose my tokens. I tried reaching out to support and never got a response. Tried clearing the cache and a clean install with no improvement either.

With the many staking and conversion options offered I personally have been able to make a great profit through this app. Many of the complaints I've read are about the games playable through the app but these are independent dapps and shouldn't reflect on thunder thundercore itself. I've never been able to purchase through the suggested site for buying thunder tokens but I've easily transferred usdt and USDC from other wallets.

I will be reporting you to Google!!!! Your app has literally ruined two of my phones and cost me a ton of data on my phone plan! I left the app on one night as I passed out, when I woke up the phone was BURNING HOT and unresponsive, even while plugged the app used 92% of battery and 4 Gigabytes of data during the night without it even being used by me!!! This is unacceptable! Now my phone seems to be permanently crippled I tried reseting to factory settings and all but nothing but super slow!

I wish i can give minus STAR👎👎after the last update the app always crash when i open. Its never success to open and operate the app. It is always said "The App closing, Please try again" and it continues like that and i never get in the app again. I already uninstall and reinstall for so many times and it is still wont work. Please fix it, and give back the access to MY MONEY again.👎👎👎👎👎

Bad experience. Transferred some smart chain bnb over to swap for tt tokens. Unfortunately when I tried swap my tt-bnb for tt I found out I had to pay a fee with tt. Ironically I can't buy tt because I don't have any tt yet. I'm aware I can buy tt using credit or debit card but that's not something I wish to do. I'm now trying to get my tt-bnb back into my trust wallet using bsc bridge but keep getting declined by wallet error. So now my bnb is stuck, I can't spend or transfer it out.

A lot improvement needed. Transfer usdt to the wallet. Not there at all. Email support also no reply from them. Indocoin payment too much hassle. KYC done several times and cannot even process a $100usd payment. I believe there is a bug on the site. Really disappointed and more improvement needed for both!
