everytime i open the app it says the internet is unavailable and to try again when im connected. i am connected to the internet. i have tried restarting my phone, clearing the data for the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. its been at least a month of this. there is nowhere for me to report the bug.

I think at this point it might be a good idea to start over and not give in to sunk cost fallacy, it's time to scrap the whole app and start from the base, there may not be enough people working on the app and I don't think anyone would fault you for wanting to start over. Taking a break and reworking some things, in the long run everyone would be understanding and grateful that you acknowledged that managing this app was too difficult. I'm sure in the end everything will work out.

Update: Now it's August 22nd 2022 and the app STILL DOES NOT OPEN! When will someone fix this problem? Probably never. It sucks that I have ti use a computer for CTCLink. Original: Doesn't even open. I have a Galaxy S21. Maybe my phone is just too new. This is still frustrating as I don't drive. I'm on transit and using mobile constantly to get stuff done during my travel time. This NEEDS to be fixed. Tried to use it again since it's been 6 months and it's STILL broken.

It's a good app, but the downside is uninstalling it and reinstalling it to log into my account. A major bug that needs fixing. Edit: Now uninstalled after a few mo ths. Reinstalled and can not view anything in CTCLink Login because of too many re-directs. Make no sense since i have not logged in once. Update Edit: it is doing the too many re-directs again.

Definitely not feeling the new update. This app is for CTCLINK but you added all this other stuff to it. Now when I click on it I not only have to then click on ctclink then sign in after that. Also, no matter how many times I hit the X it just keeps popping up the sign-on screen and won't let me to you startup page without closing and opening again. I wish it would look like the temp thing we had until this update. Update: Thank you so much for that ❤ now I am happy. But can only give 2 stars

used to work fine, but all of a sudden my password or username is "wrong" when they aren't. it's annoying and what was supposed to be 2 seconds of checking something turned into 10 minutes of rage and confusion. fix it. (and yes, my password and username are perfectly fine, I can log into the website just fine).

Since the update to the website in October, I haven't been able to login on the app. When I tap on login it has me choose my college (when though it's already chosen) and then goes back to the main page and doesn't bring up the login. I've tried repeatedly to choose the college and login, but it still takes me back to the same page.

The development team needs to work a little harder and do more detailed quality control. The app in it current state is garbage. YES, it looks nice, however, If your app isn't easier to navigate or doesn't work as well as the web based brower then why have an app? Keep it simple, stupid.
