When I tried to create an account, it took long to send me the code, and the app needed to refresh the page, when I tried to do so, it took me out to the homepage. When I tried to find my account it says review your data, and doesn't even show any data to review. When tried to re-enter my data, it said that data can't be used again as it was entered before. I'll have to uninstall the app as it's useless. Really disappointing experience.

Nothing works, neither the website or the app. Pointless and the person who coded these should actually rethink about becoming a developer because of publishing apps that does not even work as they state so now not only this was a waste of time but instead of getting online services we just have to skip work to go do them manually like we're still stuck in the 90s here. Do not install, waste of time and frustrating!

I just installed the app to use some options in it for urgent matter and I read the reviews most of it say not working well but I kept getting it once it's installed I just try to open it for the first time it says something went wrong impriseve.😤

Poor app! I didn't receive my activation code via SMS in time and when I finally did after 30 mins, I have nowhere to enter it. The login using email and password says I don't have an account (because it's not activated) and trying to re-register gives an error because details already exist ..

Terrible app, any page you open over the apl, tilt device, or try to get out and back in the app resets all what you have been doing, worst interface ever. Better use website

The app looking great. I have an issue if you please could help, I've entered my mobile number by mistake. Whenever I try to login again it gives an error that my ID information has been registered already. Could you give any help please? Thanks 😊

When I try purchase online fingerprint or criminal records certificate, the application give error and it happens every time, I've tried many times to redownload it but the error still remains.
