1st day the experience was very good. I got the ticket in 1 minute. for 1st day I use it I'm giving 5 ⭐. but second time it's worst, after you put otp for payment it's lagging, 4 times my money gets deducted and ticket not showing in the app. even email is coming for purchasing, but ticket not showing on the app and because of that you can't travel on the bus even your money is deducted. 1 ⭐

App is not working most of the time. Need lots of improvement. Scanners in the bus is not working. Drivers are not aware of many functions. Buses are always empty because passengers are not able to use this app. At least please educate the drivers regarding the ticketing process. System is causing hectic trouble to commuters.

I was purchased 4 tickets by using top up e money via bank card. However, the ticket can not be scanned or resulted as not valid. We do not know what's the problem, it's seem different methodology to read the date in the phone system either use georgian or Hijriah version because I'm a tourist. Finally, we have to debated with driver. However, we still can enter to the bus. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved.

The ticket that I bought was not appearing. It's almost more than 24 hours already but still the ticket did not appear, but it was already deducted to my E-Wallet. This is really a problem especially when there's no one selling a ticket on a specific station. We cannot ride bus due to this kind of bug. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE

Worst app ever. You don't get your bought tickets until later. In my case, I got them 12 hours later. It should've been instant. What if I want to travel ASAP? Judging from the comments, it seems the problem has been there for a long time, and there are no attempts to fix it.

It's one of the worst ever apps. Many times, the app is down. The bus drivers are rude and ignorant of the app services and very unhelpful.

The buss was awesome but the app was very disappointed. When I buy tickets from top up it will not show in my app but already deducted from debit card. Also tickets not shown just I received on email. Please improve your app i am daily commuter.
