The app is very basic,nothing more. It could have been much better. It is missing a LOT of things. My brother owns Niu. All i can say is, wow. Their app is much smarter and more advanced. It shows you all past trips have been made with the time and percentage of the use of battery. One feature is really very helpful. You don't need any keys or app to start the scooter. The smart remote or the app phone detects the owner close by via Bluetooth. Hence, the scooter starts and vice versa. &much more

The app is great with lots of potential. But, rather than gimmick on/off function ,You would wish that SEAT focus more on Programmable Charge (in percentage ) to avoid full charge cycle all the time. I would also love an AC plugged in stand by mode where you keep the battery in the advise 20 to 30°C range temperature for those who can't take the battery indoors.

I do not trust anything where I have to set accounts on a third party server to use the full ability's of something I own. . My bike, I should be connecting direct to my bike, all data is my business not SEAT.
