Great app in theory, requires an sms which is inconvenient for tourists without a Sim. I found the wallet system confusing where you need to go out to the wallet and buy passed to then book instead of just being able to book a Astybus which could do it automatically. The "estimated time" is 100% made up, first bus came 20 minutes after the time and it had to drop someone off in the other direction first, second time we cancelled after 30 minutes of car going back and forth in another area.

The app does work well, but I'm technical and I found it not entirely logically laid out and it would be handy if there was a supporting website to explain things like booking the bus with multiple people and giving an indication of the pricing before installing the app and verification (I couldn't find an explanation as to why I needed to provide a passport picture to take the bus?) The bus service it's self was fantastic! Best way to travel around, especially if staying out of the main town.

Overall, I had a good experience with AstyMove. I'm attributing this rating only due to an issue we had in Vatses beach in August 2022. In this beach there is no cellphone signal. We tried to connect again to the scooter but we couldn't unlock it. Luckily we could open the seat to take our belongings. We had to leave the scooter on the beach and come back "walking". Could you please issue a warning to users, to not use the vehicles to access this area (although it's an area in red)? Thank you

Used this service once. App works well except there is no way to contact anyone. My bus was 45 minutes late, I almost missed my flight, zero updates on the app or push notifications. Overall turned a simple ride into a lot of stress. I should have walked......

Creating a bank account is probably simpler, faster and requires a smaller amount of personal data exposure than creating an account for this app. The price list for the use of their services seems like a top secret as well.

A great way of getting about the island. The app is easy to use and the "busses" are very nice indeed, with lovely drivers. Set it up a few days before you go, as registering your ID can take a day or so.
