Telebirr is a great app for paying, sending money, buying packages, and paying bills. But there's one important thing missing – the option to clear all notifications at once. It's annoying to see the notification number every day, and it's hard to click on each one to mark them as read. Adding this feature would greatly improve the user experience of Telebirr.

The app is not functional. I have tried to open it multiple times, but it keeps crashing with the error message "the device is running in emulator." The few features that do work are very glitchy. I do not know what the developer was thinking when they released this app, but it is definitely not worth your time or money.

I wish if this app is working internationally, most of Ethiopian based big companies have limited international app services, I believe, the accessible applications might get more downloads, specifically for those who needed them the most, like me, I live abroad, but want to do things like making payments, buying airtime for a family or friends. If there is afear of safety issues, ETC could verify the customer with emails. I hope Ethio telecom will fix this issue in the near future .

App is brilliant. But PLEASE remove the in app ad. We are already using the app no need to advertise it. It takes too much space and its not even useful in anyway. Just makes navigating the app worse. This is the biggest problem with app. And honestly doesnt make sense to advertise about something that is already in the consumers hand. We already have it, no need to tell us about it. REMOVE THE IN APP AD. ITS IRRELEVANT.

Don't update to the new version. It stops connecting with wifi. Sometimes I don't understand the softwares they make, shouldn't it be getting better than the older version instead of making it hard and creating difficultiesfor the end user with every possible thing imaginable. You have to use cellular data not wifi what sort nonsense is this. If you ask me this is idiotic and a poor judgment not allowing to use the system with all the means available to one. Stop making it difficult to use

It's the worst app in history. Tele sent me an update so I did which I didn't to begin with. So since I can't see the screen without the update done, I finally downloaded the update but it's a virus. I went to tele to complain and was told it had messed up my phone, and I had to get a new phone to use app. What kind of business are you running??? So I got mad and was told by the sales staff to call the call center which they couldn't answer my calls. So my overall rating is don't download period

I've never seen an app as inconsistent as Telebirr. The main issue is login—I can’t log in using Wi-Fi, and when I switch to mobile data, it says 'Connection failed, check your internet.' Even when my data is on the right SIM, it still asks me to insert the SIM or turn on data. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re in a hurry to pay. When it works, it’s smooth, but when it doesn’t, it’s the most annoying app, with unjustifiable errors.

Promising app ,I prefer it than other banking app in Ethiopia, it's fast & accurate in payment and never put me in embarsing situations like other banking apps Ethiopia, but still needs improvement.. 1/app must work without sim card engagement into the phone 2/credit card must have expiry date and CVV for out payments and option to recharge and pay online with it 3/include international wire bank transfer 4/include % rewards/loyal program for each buy & transections All the best
