The app is not working for 2 days still not working its says due to techinical error....but 2days to fix ...its too much

1. No language selection option, only Italian. If you're coming from somewhere else, this is a huge headache to figure out. 2. No option to call support directly, only Whatsapp bot, also only in Italian 3. User interface: the person who created all these menus and submenus and sub-submenus is the antichrist in the human flesh. Overall the service is great, I have home wi-fi and cellphone card from them, and internet works great on both. But the MyFastweb app and website, are it's biggest con.

The worst app ever! It is impossible to get the assistance except for the malfunctioning bot. It falsely displays the unpaid bills as paid until they expire, and it would not let me change the payment method, there is an error every time. Ever since my old card expired I had to pay for the bills manually, which I can do only after they expire. Worst experience!

The mobile sim is great, works fine. But the house network works , and the prize you are charged is a killer. Please don't register with the fastweb House network they are criminals in uniform 😫 😑 this people are 0 star because they abuse opportunities from 25euro to 48euro in less than 3 months. I was given 3 sim cards for free later, and they deducted almost 100 euro from my account theif in uniform. Siete di Ladri legalisate

Never had any issues until now. The app stopped updating the data i was using and I have no idea how much I have left (last time was the 16th)

INUTILEEE ASSISTENZA ! Useless when you need support ! I needed the transfer of the numbers from another network and could't do it, the app is spinning me around my tail ! Requested to be contacted in 30.11, nobody called me yet, 6 days later !!! No possibility to contact them through the app or other means ! I still use my old network and look at the fastweb SIMs not being able to use them ! Outrageous service and support , will not recommend them to anybody unless they want more grey hairs

Bloody Thieves! I have a prepaid sim and they keep emitting invoices billing for letters that they are sending to me and I have never asked for. They are charging €4.32 for each recommended letter and then they send me a monthly bill for that and proceed on threatening me to give them my bank account details so they can withdraw money automatically! I wanted a prepaid sim in order to avoid this in the first place! Avoid avoid avoid!
