This place is great. Carbon neutral fast food is something I have come to expect from Victoria. Local, tasty and creative. It's why I moved here. And compared to a big Mac combo you're basically paying 8$ more for a way bigger, better burger and fries ..without the fountain pop though but big deal. you can get a kid's fries for a bit less as I can never finish the reg order of fries unless I am with a friend we will just split the fries. Either way, this is as guilt free as fast food gets!!

Having to download an app to order a cheeseburger in 90 minutes is insanity. Big fan of the restaurant but I am not comfortable giving them my personal data for the inconvenience of not being able to call an order in.

Interface is clunky and doesnt let you go back. I've had to close the app repeatedly to get back to the menu. Orders in cart have been cleared and lost while using the app. Burgers are good but the app sucks.

I believe staff should be educated on how to serve someone with celiacs when you offer that your a safe space. today I was cross contaminated and it truly sucks
