I want the icon on my new phone like the one I had on my previous phone but all I've got so far is 32 minutes waiting for my call to be answered. Time to up your phone staff ADT! I've given this application a 1 Star because of the ridiculous amount of time I've been expected to sit waiting for my call to be answered and the only reason I'm calling is because i want the same icon I had on my previous phone which DIDN'T appear when the Spark staff transfered everything to my new phone.

Absolutely useless. Hardly ever works and when it does it is so slow and frustrating.

Given Murphys law, things go wrong at the most inconvenient time, so logically being able to uitilise the app functionality from your phone makes sense, (and used to work reasonably) but No Not to your software developers Illogical at best.... They may be able to write software, but don't have the common sense to make it usable or accessible when needed by users. Having to do things from your computer is great if you sit on your chuff in an office, not all of us do, give full functionality

Apps always promp error like low battery.. when low battery only exits at 1 area.system cannot set as *Away*.. not user friendly at all

You need to do some thing with this app I'v just about had enough of error messages the delays in it setting alarm I've been with adt for over 2 half yrs now and this problem has only started in the last few months. Please can I have some answers?????? Cant even send a email it gets blocked so who's looking after this app and its poor performance please??

Cannot arm using 4G when I am away home. Error kind of says, cannot receive arm command, try again. Error pop up notification itself is not staying on screen to take a screenshot. Error messages should be displayed on a separate window or screen waiting for user input to tap ok. Called customer & tech support to arm on my behalf, but they can't it seems.

App works sometimes but most times we need to try at least 3 times to set the alarm or disarm it. This has only been like this the last 6 months. ADT offer no support and are always quick to put it down as an internet issue but internet is never the issue.

App worked fine for a while but after recent update it doesn't connect or open anymore and takes forever to connect to my Wi-Fi. Can't arm the system remotely. Such a failure for a security system.
