New app is a user experience nightmare. Very slow, requires username/password login every time I open it and it is not possible to make reservations. Why introduce such a useless app without testing it when there was an old one that worked well?

This app works really well as long as everything goes to plan. But be aware as soon as you need to adjust something or need help it's a long and painful process to get any help on the phone. Bookings get made through your home country but you are directed to a different counties call Center for help. They of course can't help and I spent an hour being passed around on hold

The Avis app is really difficult to use. After many attempts to log in to my profile I gave up and have only managed to login after using a different email address. The app is also a bit slow and not intuitive.

Missing Rentals.... That's as bad as it can get Created the booking via the web page, registered for Avis Preferred and installed the app and logged into the app.... But according to the App, I have no rentals booked at this time.... Even though I've just completed the QuickPass process and had confirmation emails.... Fundamental failure.

App is mediocre, hence 3 stars..just tried to cancel a booking on the app and the link you click to confirm cancellation opens the phone to call them. I went to the website and cancelled it there without having to call anyone. Imagine developing an app that is not capable of self managing a booking.

Quick pass does not work... Uploaded everything and the stops at the last step. Does not show bookings made on the web. Quick pass then does not seem to make any difference at the airport.

The booking process went smoothly. I did check out a few times to read the extra information on cancelation policies. I've had a very first positive experience before when booking through a third-party with Avis Canarias at Tenerife North Airport. I am a resident at the Canary Islands. This should imply more discounts. I have to pick up my car in 18 days. Since I wonder about extra discounts, I will call the airport desk tomorrow and check whether I have received the best price. I am happy!

Unuseable. No I don't want to share my location. I know where I am, Avis does not need to know. Selecting no means you are so bombarded with so many location requests you cannot use the app. When will business learn that we have a choice. Uninstalled in less than 5min. Listen up Avis.
