Disappointed with app and camera! Firmware update says it "can take up to 30 min" 3 hours later update still not finished. Can't delete photos w/o paying monthly. Horrible lag, often have to wait 2 minutes for live video feed to open. Open the app to see a notification, wait for the PAY US page to pop up and close it before viewing your snaps. The solar panel doesn't keep the camera charged. There's other feeders that have better apps, that don't have basic features hidden behined pay walls.

It is so exciting to see the birds come to the feeder and have a bird book on the app that is readily available to identify the species of bird. This is educational and fun.

I love the entire thing. I think the app itself has a few quirks to work out, but the whole thing is fascinating. (Needs to add DELETE ALL option for snaps. Maybe adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor. I get tons of snaps of cars and trucks on my road)

The app is laced with pop up adds for the subscription service. Very annoying to have to navigate past the ads every time you want to access the device camera. The equipment is ok but the software is very unprofessional.

App works well but there are some negatives. Every time the app starts it nags me to get a paid subscription. I will never get the paid subscription so stop asking. One "no" should be enough. The live view sound is controlled by the phone conversation volume, not media. This is a bug and should be fixed. I know I don't have the paid AI identification of species, but a little use of it to tell if it is even a bird would be nice. I get notifications everytime someone walks their dog.

Clear images, great video and 1/2 speed video is nice to see. Bird ID is nice too. Easy to set up and nice base. Two different spots for different feed.

I was given a very nice bird feeder that will cost me 60.00 a year. Who gives a gift that has reoccurring cost. Worse yet, without the app you have a pretty brick with solar panels. This app dependant product is terrible.

The app is not worth paying for! What AI ? If you have to delete 160 pictures of yourself refilling the feeder, you're limited to less than 100 at a time .
