[10/22/24] I wasn't aware that only state immunizations were listed. Thank you for the correction. As of this writing, then, all my records are accounted for. [Original]The concept is good, but the execution is not there. My records are missing quite a few immunizations going back several years. As well as recently.

Very useful and nice to have all of this info in one spot. One issue - just got my flu shot and while it does show up, the dashboard still says OVERDUE in red. I'd also love to see an option to "turn off" the shots you don't have so they don't appear on the dashboard.

It has what is available or what that it has in its system and hasn't been updated and I appreciate it because it allows me to send over the forms easily too 3rd party!

The app has some required numerical input fields that dont properly trigger the appearance of the on screen keyboard on my device. If I was not an advanced user (software developer), this would make the app completely impossible to use. The app otherwise works OK with minor graphical problems.

States flu shot due 07/01/24. It shows in red that I am "Due" but had the shot on 08/12/24. Software bug.

Entered details and clicked search. A squirrel (?) appeared for half a second and that was it. Tried again - same thing. Got a message that a search was already in progress. Gave up - no message ever shows . I tried this 4 times over 3 months with the same lack of app response. Today I got a result! Nope. Downloaded PDF was just general information from NJ.

I read the reviews and figured this would be my challenge for the day. Luckily I read a few of the other reviews which made things go better, but it's a very confusing app when it shouldn't have to be. In the end I did find my records. Lots of back and forth, repeating info to get you to move on to the next step. I'm not a stupid senior citizen and I really don't know if many people can actually get to their records. *Hint-middle name required & for birthday, click on the year 2021that pops up.
