Worked fine on my previous phone. But when I wanted to migrate to my new phone, I just kept getting a "Encryption Failed" error. So I just removed it entirely before I got locked out of my account. Now I get pestered everytime I open the launcher to add the authenticator that doesn't work anymore. So either fix it, or just let me use Google Authenticator.

Encryption fail error. App no longer generates codes to authorize login. So can't play any games in my GF account. Can't remove 2 factor authentication because turning it back off requires a code from the app. If I had copied the backup code when I turned it on maybe I could get back in, but the codes only stay on screen at setup no way to look them up or regenerate them.

În general an ok app. A bit outdated and no extra security added. How ever. The connection is not stable. I would not reccomend linking your account to this app - for me resulted into a 404 generic error. Cannot add accounts or use existing ones. Support Takes up to 3-5 days even to respond. As a game app authetificator with payed subscriptions - support is not to the level. Phone number backup is non existing. As soon as I can recover my account - deleting this app.

This app is so bad. Even if i scan a QR code or enter the credentials manually, it gives the error invalid username and password. The support team is one of the worst i seen, they are like robots, incapable of helping and understanding your request

It's supposed to keep your account safe but in the end is doing exactly the opposite. Bad experience, my account got blocked for no reason because of this tool after some time without playing.

This worked on my previous phone but gives some error of encryption failure on the new phone. Restarted my phone as suggested but it is not working. I have literally just installed it on my old phone again and it works 100%. Why will it not work on my new phone?

Forced to install app because they "HaD To HaVe ThEiR oWn ApP" and on top of that, they have the nerve to display ads. Also let's not talk about the support section that sends you to an external website who is not responsive. If you are set to do your job then at least do it right!

This app is trash. It works barely. All I get is the message that the app has crashed. Instead of making your own use one of the fine authenticator that ashtray exist. You have Authy, Google authenticator and Microsoft's authenticator to name a few.
