Booking experience is awful. Facilities name and booking time must be separate fields! Tenants cannot pay for facilities in app.

Update: Garbo app is absolutely dog poo. Coowner cannot view bills. App also does not allow owner to remove tenant from the unit members list. App also does not notify when there is bills. App also does not allow edit on the defect issues you posted. Renovation approval is total dog poo because few months after renovation, the deposit is still not refunded after inspection. Do not what is taking so long

Was previously at least usable, latest update as of 12/7/2025 forces the app into full screen mode, and now I can't submit visitors as the button is hidden beneath the navigation buttons. FIX IT PLEASE.

1) Need a toggle off button for email notification: The email forwarding is meaningless when there's no content in the email, plus I've gotten the app notification. Add an option in the app settings to turn off email notification. 2) Disable letters capitalisation and spelling correction in the password field! 3) No options to cancel visitor / contractor's visit.

one of the worst apps I have ever used. it's either always hanging or lags or signs me out.

Very bad apps. Every month I need to refresh many many time only able to do the maintenance fees. This month worst. I tried from 1st till today 3rd and still unable to do the payment.

The SPFM app does not send out reminder for update even when there is one available. Paying bills through the app is sometimes a bit or miss experience There is plenty of room for improvement

App released in 2019, but mobile notifications still do not lead to the actual notification post but the homepage?? This isn't a revolutionary feature, and I hope the development team implements this basic QoL feature sooner than later.
