Constantly giving wrong location to the drivers so I have to run around to find the location where the pin was dropped even though the location looked correct before the taxi was called. Happened multiple times and there is no way to notify the driver in the app or for the driver to call me and check.

I used the app to book a taxi for the following day to the airport (listed only as Aerodrom). It would be helpful if you received a message on the day to say the taxi was on the way. I wasn't sure if the taxi was actually booked, but I mssged on FB and they confirmed. I went outside early and the taxi was already there. He was friendly and took an appropriate route.

application extremely slow and old. you have to upgrade it urgently on order to be more user friendly and more reliable, so i dont spend 40 minutes at the airport after landing waiting for the app to work and in the end take cargo cause they are more reliable and faster.

App: buggy, very often there are no available rides Service: drivers pick up someone else and not the person that ordered a ride, vehicles are often dirty and muddy inside, drivers intentionally take the longer route not because it's less crowded, but to get more money from the customer, card reader usually doesn't work, but the app never informs the customer about that

Apps usually doesn't even work. Whenever I try to confirm the pick up it loads for a second and asks me to confirm it again and again and again basically stuck in a loop...

Stopped working a while ago (you can't confirm the ride), which is really unfortunate, this was my favorite taxi service. I wish they roll back to the old version.

Can be more informative and friendly. Tracking becomes very difficult sometimes. No confirmation notification on succesful booking. Just checkout how good Uber is.

Too demanding app, do not work good and will not work without access to all phone data (including private data) and reqire to many permissions. I am uninstalling it now...
