The application doesn't sincronise with the watch. Once they get disconnected I need to restart the phone to gain the Bluetooth connection again. Having the app for 1 week and already had to reinstall it once. Not happy customer experience. Unfortunately, I've been struggling for a year. Giving back the watch as it's not working. The idea of the watch is to have it connected to the phone. It doesn't. All the settings are correct and Prozis claims it's working well.

The inputs on the water need improvement, I should be able to add 750ml for each bottle of water I drink, that goes for all the inputs all around, also an activity general in the exercises should make a difference, because if I'm lifting weights I don't have something general for that for example, it has some flaws in terms of UX.

I buy not one, but two Prozis Smart scale sensit, and guess what, I have two regular scales because the app don't pair with them as was supposed to do. When you guys update this app, and allow me to use the scales in full, I will review my words, until there, and for all who are reading this, stay away from smarts scales, they are nice on the screen, but they are just scales without an useful app to work with...

In the latest update the charts stopped displaying the previously registered weights... it only shows the current day's weight for me. It's been like this for over a month, I find it a little ridiculous that I buy your products and you can't make the app run properly. Won't be buying your smart watches or smart scales again.

Bad experience with the Ubiq Hr Watch. Inacurate HR monitoring during workouts, if getting a notification hr recording resets to 65bpm until you delete/close the notification. The app could do a lot more. It's missing basic features like turn off continuos HR monitoring/stop hrist sense during sleep etc.

Really bad experiece. Bought the skipping rope, and I cant even add it on the app, cant be found. It is really a shame that a company with such a good name, cant afford to have an app with more than 2.1 rating. Going to refund this garbage.

Is a shame I cannot manually edit my steps,distance, heart,etc I have smartwatch but not prozis one . I would love add my exercises, I guess this scale is to expensive for the limit (in my case ) she can do . Don't buy it

Got it to work. Uninstall app, take batteries out. Open bluetooth manually before the app and then from application you have to manually select scale. Bluetooth indicator flares up on the device and its done
