Useless taxi firm. They charge you more than the app says when paying cash, then never arrive on time when pay via card. I won't be using Zoom/City anymore. Lost a good regular customer. Phoned the taxi firm up, and was promised the manager would phone me. 8 days later, no call, no refund, and no customer service.

Can't reset password, reset email not coming through so can't use the app now on new phone!

I ordered a taxi for 1455. Kids waiting 20 minutes outside school for 20 minutes. Rang at 3pm and said taxi not sent yet. Rang up 310 and was connected to driver who hang up by saying taxi will take longer if I ring him Avoid these and just get Uber.
