Basically rubbish. Constantly have to keep logging in. Says stay logged in. This doesn't happen. Why no finger print to login? Functions are poor and slow. Charging point mapping next to useless. Everything I search it resets tte map. Charger function bad. Doesn't even know it's plugged in for a scheduled start, until it starts. Overall probably the worst car app I have used or currently use. My BMW app was so much better, and my current Porsche and VW apps are function rich and always work

Overall, it is a useful app but still not fully developed. If plugged in and charging, you can now stop and restart charging from the phone. Charge level only updated by leaving and rejoining the app. No efficiency data is available on the app. Unable to set charge amperage, the car location and temperature controls are now working consistently. App now regularly shuts down, requiring a full start-up. Car loses all memory of stored settings. A software update is now long overdue.

to begin with, it does not explain which Smart models it supports. my Smart forTwo not supported. the registration process is like coming straight from 2009 - you never know if you are registering an account or signing up for a newsletter or doing something else. Overall functionality is ridiculously narrow.

the app is a nightmare. it'll keep disconnecting your account every other day, it will keep asking you to accept cookies even after you agreed and your login information are never saved. how can you refuse to give away two keys with the car by pretending that this app "works just like it would for a tesla" when you cant even manage to keep the user connected?

Very basic app. Third party app for the car do a lot more. Digital key still in beta after 2 years. I've sent you an email with feedback and suggestion but I never got an answer from you. Thanks for the consideration for people who spent more than 40k for this car. I wonder why everyone goes to tesla....

Terrible app. All I get is 'oops something went wrong' when trying to connect to the car. Design is terrible with limited functionality. Take a leaf from the Kia app. It connects, it works and it's feature rich. Makes me wish I'd never got the damn car

I have been trying to access the app after logging me out. Its not working. I cant find any functions working. I dont know what the use of the app if no options are working and keep on failing. Accessing from UK.

Works fine, but there some improvements to be made. Units, plan a trip and transfer it to the navigation system, etc. Contact smart does not work.
