When the app is working, it's very good. 4 stars. But it isn't working right now (no data, just a grey screen) so 1 star. When it starts working again I'll re-rate it. I'm guessing the problem is not with the app itself, but due a lack of data coming from the servers that feed the app? It's rather annoying that the app isn't working for me now as I've had some routes running 20+ minutes late (which rarely occurs) and I'm left wondering if I missed the bus or if it will come if I am patient!

Great app when the times are shown correctly. Sometimes buses aren't showing when they should be. Wait times are usually innacurate, sometimes you wait for a bit too long, sometimes you miss the bus despite it saying you have plenty of time to make it. Very inconsistent app and frustrating to many.

This app just recently updated and I'm not sure if the developers tested it. I use a Galaxy A51 and the old app worked just fine. The new update seemed to have broken it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and that didn't do anything. The app just sits loading forever with no progress at all. I hope they fix this quickly

One time I got stranded because it suddenly said the buses I was looking for weren't running anymore. They definitely were on the paper schedule I got later. Additionally, often times the app fails to load in at all, just showing a gray screen.

I dont know what serpent Empire was looking for in an app to track Ventura County busses, but I downloaded it, and it tracks all the Ventura County busses I cared to look up. That includes the one I'm writing this review on, so I know it's accurate. That review sucks. This app is everything I ever wanted in an app to track Ventura county busses.

The app is completely unreliable. It never provides the correct time. It will list only the following bus to come not the present one. One always has to check the actual schedule to gauge when the bus will arrive. It will predict a bus will arrive in 20 minutes but it actually arrives sooner than that.

Well I used to 💕 this app , because I am a big time ⏰ procrastinator but for the past month or 2 like most of the other reviews have stated the app will 🚫 not load up no matter what I do .. I have tried reinstalling, I've even gone as far as 🏭 resetting my 🤳 🤔 thinking the problem was on my 🔚 but now that I see that alot of people are having the same issue I 🤔 think it is safe to say that it's a problem with the app. If the developers can read I hope they make the 👍 move and update 🔜

I rarely take public transportation so when I do, I am always so confused how to navigate routes. This stop had a sign saying it was off route & when the bus came i couldn't use my tap like LA county. I shouldnt have even had to pay for the fair but the nasty woman riding the bus kept telling I'm holding up her route and didn't tell me that, so a student was nice enough to cover me. Then after the bus is moving she tells me to install this app for next time. The app wouldn't even load right.
