Dangerous app. This app forces you to allow it to track you. Even if you disable the location feature by spoofing, it forces you to turn on the Bluetooth system which again turns the location back on. After decompiling the app I also noticed that it's secretly accesses other data. There is absolutely no reason a laundry app needs to access your location. They know where the machines are. Simply scanning the QR code in front of the machine is all you would need. edit May 25. worse do not use

this app is awful. over 50% of the time it doesn't connect to the laundry machine. I've tried multiple fixes including the following: {- Turning off and on Bluetooth -Turning on and off airplane mode - Disconnecting other Bluetooth devices - Restarting my phone - Deleting and reinstalling the app} None of this worked and I am fuming. I just want to wash my God damn clothes. This app has one job and it fails at it miserably. Also it never tracks the time of my dryer cycles properly.

App is very easy to navigate! Hotline has been pretty helpful in the past. I just wish my building (Andover, MA) had bigger more updated machines than what we have now. Especially for the price!! But that is not the company's problem & more of a problem for my property managers, haha! I'm sure the company would absolutely agree with me if they saw the state of the machine. & how small it is for the amount of people in the building! Anyway, I do love the app & how easy it is to navigate!!

The setup process could be a little more intuitive and user friendly. The option to use Bluetooth or NFC should be available. However, I know the machines are bluetooth only? When I moved into my apartment, they gave me a card and it had $2 on it. When I added the card to my app, shouldn't it have picked up the balance and added it to the app? I don't see any way to contact support or a FAQ.

Takes ages to connect to a washer or dryer, if it connects at all. On multiple occasions I have to try several times to connect to a machine. Most recently it has connected to the nearby machine instead of the one I chose, taken my money only to disconnect to a machine and not reconnect, and made me wait ten minutes to connect to a machine. I have a good WiFi connection and decent cell service as well. This is by far the worst laundry app I've been forced to use.

App kept freezing. I logged back on x2 occasions. It took over approximately 2 minutes or more to get the message, "machine not found". SO ridiculous! I used the machine washer (#3), and dryer (#4), as well as another tenant. Now app reads, "machine not found"!! That's the problem with using apps!!! Convenient, yes...but at times not really!!! My father in-law worked for Automatic Laundry, collecting $ from, and maintained machines. Don't want to pay someone to do it anymore!!

This is the type of app that I never want installed on my phone. The app requires it's users to give it location and bluetooth permission, as well as confirm their mobile number and email address. It charges over 50% more for a load of laundry all for the 'privlidge' of being able to pay with your credit card. There isn't even an option to use quarters for those of us who just want to do laundry without logging into another app. Awful

System is buggy and fails to connect consistently. Passwords cannot contain symbols. Google sign-in does not work, and never has. No option to use Google Play's consistent payment system, you're forced to type your credit card into the app directly instead. "Room status" button does not work. Appalled this app managed to get 4.4 stars.
