The second app for BMW cars does not accept my login details. It used to work. I reloaded app, nothing doing. I've reset my password numerous times. Now i have a piece of equipment i paid that i cannot use. I have since installed the previous version of the software, now it is working. I will have to wait for an update.

Be very careful. Updating the app may make things very useless. No longer supports the 70USD original dongle. Especially when the app update happens in the middle of working on the car. Time to move on. Stay away.

The support team is not help you with anything. I command the OBD, 3 month's ago and I still didn't get it and when I ask for a refund, they didn't respond and I still waiting. I updated to 1 star because i think it's 4 month's and I still didn't receive a refund.

The VAG app was pretty robust and you could do long coding too. This one, besides forcing you into buying a new dongle, it's rather useless on anything else beyond VAG for the simple reason that live data isn't available in the EU. I wish I knew that. Then is the way credits are used. When you started this project, we the enthusiasts tested and enjoyed some flexibility. Now, it's 10 credits to pick the batt type, 10 for install and 10 to reset. Your business model forces me out of your user base

Resetting the service light costs in app currency. Something I would be completely ok with if the app cared to check on the success of the operation before taking my credits. Just sell a premium version of the app that allows all of the service functions. You want to continue to innovate for future models? Sell a separate app to those who care about enabling those extra features on their cars. Just wanted to add that I can reset this service light without obd, why is this a paid feature?

Does not work. Cannot detect car. Eve. When entering the VIN manually it shows the picture but doesn't connect

Vag group mechanic here. Brilliant app use it nearly everyday with one of the early obdeleven dongles i have had for 5or6 years( i do want to try one of the newer devices when i can afford it, unless obdeleven might consider sending me one 😉). Sometimes needing the internet connection be a pain in some areas for me, maybe an offline option might be an idea for future

Older app works for VAG Group Cars, this one doesn't even recognize my car. So it seems it is normal, but still very confusing to have two apps. Can't give a better score for this one as I never tried it with an non-VAG group car. Support seems to answer fast though and the other app works fine.
