Another security camera company jumping on the nickel and dime the customer by putting features behind a paywall for something you SHOULD get on purchasing the cameras!(No vehicle detection unless you pay👎not sure if any other "features" are as well)also camera has a light but can only have it on/off,no option to have it come on with movement!really! Such an obvious thing NOT to include that as an option🙄edit: This app will run in the background even when you turn off the option 2 do that!

It worked great until now. I can't get the volume for WUUK to work and connect on my phone . They were both connected. How do I fix this? UPDATE: 03/10/2024 it worked okay for a few months, but now It's not staying online. UPDATE: Now, the playback goes in and out from normal to all white. I certainly do need assistance.

Originally, it worked fine. It's hardwired in. It's been one year now. The doorbell no longer works and the camera is now very messy. The image is now 2 shades of purple and the screen is split into a 4way view-NO IDEA how that happened. Also, I'm paying for web storage, but damn if you can access it ever. Thankfully, I haven't needed to, but it's a pain paying for a service that's not working correctly. I've given up on these other doorbell security systems anymore.

Camera and app work fine. I took off 2 stars because you ask for way more permissions than you need. Why do you need access to make and manage phone calls? Why are notifications *required*? Why do you need access to Bluetooth when this is not a Bluetooth device? The app will not launch unless all permissions are granted. This is sketchy.

I have the wired doorbell. The app works fine but the Google integration doesn't. Impossible to stream live on my Google nest hub. It worked once and never again. I tried everything possible, have been in contact with support for some help but couldn't get it to work. I would recommend the products and the app if you are not planning on integrating it in a smart home set up. If you do, there are better options elsewhere.

I've been using an indoor camera to monitor my dogs through wuuk for a few years. Always easy to use and works great. Recently however, an update in the past year forces me to turn on the app's notifications in order to access my camera feed at all. I do not need constant "motion detected" notifications on my phone. The only way around this is to turn on notifications right before I view the camera, then turn them off again after I close the camera. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

Love my Wuuk doorbell and this app is great! Only thing I wish the app had is the ability to delete multiple video files at once. The flag outside my porch causes a recording even with Smart human motion detection on and the motion detection sensitivity all the way down. So I have 100+ videos of my flag "passing by" I have to delete one at a time.

The app doesn't give me a notification if someone is at my door. Haven't been able to respond to the doorbell. I just have to go pull up the app and refresh a few times, then maybe I can see what the dog was barking about earlier. Now it's only showing things from five days ago. It worked for a bit initially, but is very inconsistent and inconvenient. Going to charge it and see if that helps at all.
