I wish it saved photos or videos directly to the device instead of into the app, then manually requires saving to the device. The largest bug in this version is that it cannot reliably connect to multiple NVRs. It will connect to (for example) 3 of 4 and then dump 2 of them even if you're already watching one. It goes offline and doesn't try unless you close and re open the app. Extremely sensitive. Otherwise the video quality is good, playback is good.

When it wants to work, it's awesome , but I have to constantly reset my router , then, and only then, will it work. I've been having a loss signal, and I can't see my cameras when I'm out. I've unplugged the system, and I still have no signal.

Not happy with the app. One view and then it goes offline...and that's as I'm sitting in my house! Have not been able to get it to set notifications. My old front door camera is more reliable. Please fix it!

The app is not the problem. The dvr it self does not fast forward very fast. I think like 16 not 128 like my old one did. Backing up footage is a complete nightmare. The rest is great for what I use it for but would really be nice if this could be fixed.

Decent, but far from perfect. GUI is decent. It works slow when not connected to internet. Alexa and Google assistant connections don't work, and it doesn't seem to be able to use camera IA features.

The night vision is not as clear as my prior service carrier. Made all the proper comera/ hard drive adjustments, still same. It's grainy in contrast.

How do you get support for this app? I have 2.1.22 Build 001 is that the most current? Also when I want to view video in a prior day I can never see the cameras it always says device playbacking, what does that mean?
