This is the most unreliable cctv app out there! Works when it wants, and doesn't work when it's not in the mood! Now our camera system is working perfectly fine on our smart tv, but somehow this App (both on iOS and Android) decided to stop working all of a sudden. Giving either "Network error" or "Device is offline" (and it's not !!!) PLEASE FIX ! A thing like cctv is a security issue, and should not be taken lightly!

I am not recieving real time motion detection notifications, I have tried all the troubleshooting which the customer care provided me with but the problem didn't resolve. The app really needs to update frequently so as to fix these issues. I request everyone to think twice before buying a cp plus device because they don't provide proper software support for their devices.

Have been using this app from past 5,6 years ,it worked perfectly fine throughout the years .. But now it suddenly started showing the error " EE NOT SUPPORTED" on all of our devices. starts working again on its own later. don't know how to fix this issue. Please give solution . thanks

Worst app I have ever seen related to stream. Live video lags issue. Playback doesn't work properly. Lot of issues & errors. And main thing is cpplus is brand. I cannot imagine CCTV security app like this. Also do not but cpplus. I have camera & dvr of cpplus but live video forward the time, it jumps to direct 2 second interval not 1 second. Due to this we cannot see proper movement in camera recording.

Worst service experiencefrom cp plus. I have called many times no any response. I messaged them that I cannot see live through app and playback of the same can bee seen. No one is responding. Edit: don't purchase cp plus. All about wastage of money.. screen flickering issue from buying. App is not working recently.could not see back up now.

App works great but, since v2 of the app, the option to manually add device via ip/domain has been removed. It was available before version 2. Please bring it back. Also, this app is not currently compatible with Android 11, I am experiencing frequent crashes since I updated my phone to Android 11.

Cp plus Executive good supporting behaviour.Now this app working,if you want to see 2or more channel in HD you can't,but only single channel showing HD clarity.It's your choice.So one by one you see HD clarity.Otherwise app good. EDIT:After update on 30/7/2019, Not able to see live . Showing : Error Prompt Password error OK Please fix this....So this time giving 1 star.

There are a few bugs, kindly enable auto rotate at login screen and at the start page.. The page is static at the time of opening for first time. Only while playing videos the rotate works. Otherwise it's not rotating. Kindly check it. Other bugs might be reported later.
