Ok so I think I figured out my last issue. The button is CRAZY sensitive, I'm pressing it just by my sleeve brushing over it thus turning off auto spin and disconnecting randomly. Also, maybe there should be a known issues and troubleshooting page in the app or a link to it or even in the manual. Lastly, I know it's a stretch, but any plan to connect adventure sync with the pedometer? That would be awesome!!!

My Gotcha works well, and 3 others in my family also use theirs regularly. The app is so-so, but you don't have to use it much. Devs, please change the toggles to the words on/off, or label the toggles. It is unclear which direction is on VS off, and you don't want to leave your users confused about an integral part of the app, especially when the fix is not difficult.

[RE-Edited AGAIN for version 2.0.0.1] Nothing has changed. Nothing at all. It's EXACTLY the same as before. The Go-tcha still disables the watch and time telling features. The mysterious blue light just keeps blinking, never ending. This thing STILL un-pairs from Pokémon Go after around 30 minutes. I've bumped my rating to 1 star because this is the worst experience I've ever had with technology. Fix your product, PLEASE.

Worthless. I connect it to the app, can't connect when in pokemon. Disconnects constantly and for no discernible reason. Only got it to work about once a week. You answered a text? Disconnected. Phone goes to sleep? Nope, can't connect again. Restart everything? Does nothing. Uninstall and reinstall? Nothing. Absolutely worthless.

I love my gotcha, and this app never gives me problems, and I've had it for like almost 8 months. However, just did the update and now it won't work at all, even after trying the various things that usually make it work. Lovely, the day before community day.... Im pretty upset. Gonna have to see if I can revert it to an older version, but idek if that will work since it updated the entire gotcha itself. Ugghhh

The device worked perfectly before the most recent firmware update. After the update, it seems to have trouble continually locking on to and catching Pokemon (it'll catch a few then stop) but an even bigger problem is that it doesn't spin stops anymore. Doesn't spin them at all while driving, even has trouble while sitting next to stops. Terrible performance after the latest update. Plz fix.

I'm on the Pixel 2 XL and haven't had any luck connecting my gotcha evolve. I have no issues with charging or turning it on, but after connecting to the app, it continuously will update the gotcha. The gotcha seems like it starts to ignore the update process, and starts the update again. I do see the yellow update arrow on the gotcha screen, but have never gotten past the update part of each. I do have the latest version of Android on pixel (Android 10) and have tried all of your support steps.

I just bought the go-tcha evolve watch and haven't been able to use it for even a moment. The app is stuck in a loop of restarting my bluetooth that was ALWAYS ON to begin with, I even uninstalled the pokemon go app in case it was secretly running in the background and that had something to do with it. All the app does is tell me to press the button on the watch then immediately asks for permission to reset my bluetooth (every time) and after that it just repeats, over and over, complete waste
