updated: 8/12/24 App works great until then there's an update then the screen will go black during an episode or it won't play saying "video is currently unavailable. Always with a technical difficulty. Can't ever finish 1 episode. About tired of it but only place I can watch bold and the beautiful. This needs to be fixed and I will change my rating!

I usually watch the free episodes of shows and I appreciate being able to do so. Like all the entertainment which is on the app. Today I went to watch The Bold and the Beautiful show and all I'm getting is watch clips. Everything else I can watch full episodes, including The Young and the Restless. But not that other soap. Wondering if there's issues going on???

I've used this app for years to keep up with my soap opera and it has always been reliable. Even better if you upgrade to Paramount Plus where there are no limitations on how far back you can go with all the programs. The free version lets you watch up to 5 most recent episodes. The premium version lets you watch all episodes of everything even all the Star Trek episodes and The Twilight Zone and many other older shows. I had Paramount Plus before and will probably upgrade again in the future.

Phone use your app for sports purposes. That being said it's seems like again and again and again your app makes my home screen even freeze sideways at a certain point when using it and I can't fix it unless I completely restart my phone and it's the only app I have ever had that does that. That seems like a huge issue!

Despite great content, the app is a streaming nightmare. There's an extreme disconnect when transitioning from ads to programming and vice versa. It freezes a lot despite having a very strong connection (all other streaming apps work fine), and I'm often forced to close and reopen the app to get it to work again only to be forced to watch the same ads that already played. An hour long show may take me an hour and a half to watch. I dread when I get behind on a show and have to use this app.

I have tried to play the free episodes on the CBS app and it's NEVER WORKING. Many times you start the episode and it finishes the commercial before the episode starts and then repeats the commercial again and again. I un-install the app. Then re-install the app every time this happens. I have tried 2 weeks ago. 3 weeks ago the same thing and again today. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s10. This is not an old phone or outdated. Every other TV app works great. So disappointed.

Another garbage app from Paramount. I only downloaded it to watch new Survivor. Using the free episodes function, I need to watch episodes within a few weeks because they get locked out after a while. They play ads, which are tolerable in length. My problem is the app's inability to retain the spot in a show I've begun. Can't close the app mid-episode without having to start from the beginning. Even though I've already watched the ad-breaks, the same breaks are forced. Greed FTW!

Horrible experience, I've been able to watch shows for the most part, but like everyone says, its stops in the middle of an episode then doesn't remember where you left off so you have to sit through tons of commercials to get back where you were. And today I can't even open the app, it says 'app stopped'. Why does nobody at CBS get how to fix these issues!!! Take a lesson from the CW app, theirs is perfect!!!
