Sadly the service is very bad and the delivery was not effecient I will not be using this again and will be removing the app Thank you so much for the reply, please note I have already resolved the problem by getting my own technician elsewhere, wish a follow up call was done from your side for my request it would have resolved the problem on the spot. It is always a good idea to call a client who canceled or finished the request to follow up on the quality of work and satisfaction level.

They gave me a discout code for my first order which took 20 riyals off. However, they did not tell me that the discount was coming out of the workers' commision. عطوني خصم عشرين ريال باستخدام كود، لكن ما قالو ان الخصم بيطلع من جيوب العمال.

Worst app i have ever experienced, the technicians are out sourced, not professional, they asked for check up fees while the app says that the check up is for free and then the tech guy didn't come to fix the device, and no other technical guy was assigned as a replacement. So this is a usless and waste of time application

Unfortunatelly i was mistaken when i rated this app as very good. In fact i'm disappointed. I have been following with them since more tham 2 weeks for an in warranty claim but all i get is promises. They didn't fulfill their commitments. Very bad. Sorry to say this but this is the truth.

It seems to be a great app. With the lockdown I cannot use it yet. The one problem is the price list is only available in Arabic. It make it hard to use for those who need an English menu so they know what they will pay.

very bad ...bad technician ..bad experience with AC technician...damaged my AC and i had to fix it from my pocket.. cost me 1260 SAR ..bad feedback from customer service..they don't care.. they believe their technician and never care about the compliant..i stayed without AC for 2 days because of their technician which is big liar and thief... i have his pic and i asked for the photo of him in the application but no reasonable answer..just wasting my time and lost alot of money because them
