It used to work until the update (from Blue to DuoxMe). My fermax has the warning of low signal, but it was the same with the old version and was working. For some reason, it works okay with my girlfriend's phone. EDIT: "Concierge" mode was enabled on the main account. After disabling this option, it works again 😊

Unable to receive any verification email to Gmail, not even in the spam folder. EDIT: What a silly app review response. I already told you I am unable to REGISTER to LOG IN, hence I can not access SETTINGS to contact you from within the app.

Does not work with Fermax Duox Plus Veo Wifi. "Sees" my 2.4GHz wireless network but then errors out with 900 without explanation. Update: firmware update resolved wifi problems. Super annoying that it rings on my bluetooth headset and phone speaker at same time in library. Also pressing volume down does NOT mute the call like normal calls. No way to mute an incoming call when you are in the meeting. Bad UX. Random errors if 2 users try to answer the same call from 2 different phones at once

The app itself works well—but I cannot pay to upgrade from the free account to the paid plan after my trial expired. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, changed the country on my account, added a Portugal-based payment card… nothing works. What’s the point of building a good app if customers who want to pay can’t give you their money? Please add a proper web-based payment option instead of relying only on the app store. I genuinely want to pay for Premium—stop making it impossible!

Takes awhile between someone buzzing the intercom and the app notifying you. Impatient delivery drivers might not wait that long. Half the time the app notification sounds don't work and you might get vibration notification only. Half the time the video doesn't load or the audio doesn't work. Still useful to unlock the door if you don't care that you can't see or speak to the person.

The app keeps crashing on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Even though you have fixed the app on your end, but it's still not working completely for me. I did check and I have the latest version of the app v2.2.6 build on September 16, 2021. I still receive an error message "your call cannot be processed" sometimes when I switch cameras. The app is very slow in loading the application. I do not get any notification on my phone anymore after your fix like how it should behave.

Very basic application however it manages to lose connectivity once a month. The user can no longer login and you can fix it by totally removing the account and creating a new one (error 3). By wifi connection you are not having access, however if you use 5G connection, for some reason you get to delete the account and create a new one. Sorry Fermax poor quality on this.
