Oh this service and app are terrible. Bad connectivity, the app is slow and cumbersome, it's more expensive than the cash based system it replaced, and my apartment has had to call maintenance on it three times since switching to this - all for software issues. If the internet goes out we can't do laundry. How is that smart? This was an innovation nobody needed, and it's poorly executed at any rate.

It was convenient while I was using it, but when I no longer used the laundry facilities and went to request a refund, it never went back into my bank account, yet my balance on Sudkick went to zero... When I logged back in and it read the zero balance, it triggered an automatic refill of $20 so it charged me again for $20... I have to call customer service now to get over $40 back. There is also absolutely no way to remove a credit card once you add one. Won't ever use this service again

very convenient and simple, my favorite is the notifications that your laundry is done and the option to add additional dryer time for a quarter as opposed to having to just run each 45 min cycle and that's it. A lot of times 45 mins is almost enough, you need like 5 or 10 more minutes and now you can add 7 mins at a time. So am entire dry cycle is not wasted or clothes still damp

For the most part the app works well but there are times that it will not connect to the internet and I have to run around trying to find a signal it likes. That draws out laundry time, which is a bumber and why the rating is lower. I do like that I can put in sevice requests through the app. That makes things easier. All and all not a bad app but could be much better with connections.

Can't change debit/credit cards or even see which card you have on file once you add one. Doesn't seem secure at all. Not even a section in the app to view your account info. I guess if your card expires, you have to create another account lol. Also, when the app is working, it's slow. Takes a while from scanning a machine until it activates. If you scan and don't select your settings fast enough, it'll just start the machine with random wash/dry settings that you can't change after it starts.

How to change it from five stars to two stars because too much lately it's not showing the occupied machines on the home screen and that's one of the reasons why I went to the app is because I can see the status of the machine in the application but the machines aren't showing up in the list. The other reason why I got this app was no more quarters. However if I cannot see the machine in the application homepage, I don't really want to use the app anymore.

It gets one star because if you're not on Wi-Fi or have excellent 4G or 5G service the app glitches and lags. It is convenient but also can be a stressor when you're trying to do something simply as washing laundry. And it does let you know when your clothes are ready, but it tells you 20 minutes in advance. Maybe that could be from the lag in the app?

This app SUCKS!!!! Initially my problem seemed small. The app was not recognizing my password. No big deal right? WRONG!! I used the forgot password "button". Went to my email clicked on the link. That's where my problems began. The site that I was directed to did not have an option for forgot password. There is am option for change password but of course you need the old password to change it. I can't even get a refund???????
