Latest update has left the app non-responsive. Almost impossible to change tabs, which means calibration is painful, constantly crashing when you try to open the app. lock screen notification still goes blank after x hours without opening the app/changing the colour scheme, which is painful due to responsiveness.

App freezes and crashes every time I open it. Frequent notifications that the transmitter signal has been lost despite the phone and transmitter being close. Tried to email for support and received no support or acknowledgement of my email after almost a week of waiting. When trying to use the feedback tool on the app it tells me my email address is "illegal". This isn't the first time I've tried to contact support and been ignored. Maybe a 1 star review will get attention?

You obviously need it if you have an aidex sensor, and I really like the layout and information it gives, although it does give a bit of technical difficulties. Otherwise, a very good product and app

Have to change my previous comment. App can't show a graf when I open it, but sometimes it does. My sugar level is 14.1, app shoving me 2.3. That is not even in the same universe. After I try to calibrate it, app telling me "calibrate denied". This is really, really bad.

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone with diabetes. This is meant to make life easier, but instead it puts one's life at risk as the readings are not accurate at all. Four times I experienced hypo, and only one time did the app pick it up. At times when my sugars were high, it would show my sugars as normal (e.g fingerprick shows 16.5mmol+, Aidex CGM shows 8mmol). 1 star is generous. If I could, I would give it 0 stars.

Cld someone pls explain how do u get the alerts to make a sound an not just vibrate, I am following my boyfriend aidex cgm , an my alerts only vibrate, there is no sound , when he has his lows I don't know until I look at my phone , this is not good enough. All my settings on my phone are fine , so pls can one of the technicians tell me how do i get the app to work correctly .
