Much better.. I like the new app.. an the way its layed out but still issues with the sound needs lots more work it pauses and not clear can't make out the words the video are better but it doesn't catch everything like it should back to the drawing board netvue .

Bought a camera, set it up it to test, it worked okay at first but I didn't put it up because I wasn't ready, fast forward to the moment I was ready to finally install, the camera does not work and customer service has been poor in terms of helping me, I'm not stuck with a camera which freezes when I power it on and will not connect to wifi, I'm so disappointed, I could have chosen any other camera but I chose netvue only to be disappointed!! Very poor service!!!

Going back to the old app, sd card video is better. When deleting a set, it merges with the next one down. If you click delete on the one that didn't appear to be deleted, it deletes unrelated motion captures below. Can't scroll a video on sd card to a different time, it often malfunctions by going to a completely different spot nearby, old app can do it. Thumbnails are often missing from notifications/previews. Frequenty has trouble connecting to cams, even though the old app has no problem.

This app is a nice upgrade from the previous versions, mostly because of the easy to find power button on each camera. I keep my cameras off unless actively using them and switching sleep mode on and off on the old app was a pain. The home page is definitely a bit cluttered with all the community posts, but your cameras are still front and center and easy to find. All in all an improvement.

I recently purchased 2 indoor cameras and 4 outdoor cameras. It hasn't even been 2 weeks, and all of the cameras except 1 keep going offline. I plan to send every single one of them back to Amazon.

Can't just click on notification pictures like it was, not showing notifications pictures when they show up. Takes to long to turn on live feed and notification pictures. Too cluttered, don't care to see the community pictures just want to be able to see my cameras. Like old app better and can't even use it now

Live recording and play back videos has sticking and ghost like movements and poor audio that not syncing with video. Even though I'm paying for event recording video clips hasn't changed and this began when I installed the new netvue next app. The pervious app no longer recording, live viewing is smooth and crystal clear but the app no longer records events no access to memory card information. Hopeing for an update to remove the bugs
