Should have read the reviews 🤦♀️ my fail. The app is not user friendly. The search bar for locations is by far the weirdest I've ever seen. Country, City, Province then address? Why can't I just put in the address? Paying for the meal. Most apps you enter your credit card in and boom paid. Not here. Nope. First I need to buy credits to put on the app, THEN I can use those credits to buy my food. (Applicable for delivery). First impressions are a big thing, and this is pure disappointment.

A poor experience. I set my preferred store(it's the closest to me) but when I create an order it tries to place the order to a store that is much further away, I have to go and choose the one that is only a few blocks away and then click order. Then the other problem is that it will say that door dash is unavailable, and it won't let me get delivery, but if I open the door dash app and use that(or UberEATS) it works just fine and it finds a driver. So I can't use my points or earn more.

This app is hilarious. It pushes ads to you as notifications. You cant log into an existing account. You cant create a new account with the same email as your existing account. You can only buy gift cards for yourself which always leaves a balance in your account. If you create a new email and make an account, you cant buy credits with a credit card ("please check details and try again"). Tried it with 3 cards. Easy contender for worst app on the Play Store honestly

App tracks points but can't use offers. Points work and accumulate and redeeming those are fine but when it comes to using the offers in store or purchasing through the app they never apply no matter how many times I try. Trying to use a quesadilla offer for 9.99 and when I go to check out it doesn't work. And end up paying full price as I don't want to argue with the staff about it while I'm in line... fix the offers for both in store and online redeeming and I will up the rating.

The actual order placing works well but the app doesn't confirm your pickup location. It saves the last pickup location used, but if you last picked up at a different location, it uses that by default and doesn't properly let you know I placed an order from downtown Vancouver thinking it would go to Canada Place. It went to South Vancouver instead. But on the ordering widget it said "pickup order Vancouver" rather than something like "south Vancouver" or "SE marine drive"

Didn't work so points lost from years of coming. For some reason they felt the need to replace their old app, the new one doesn't work at all when you click the location field to pick a restaurant the app just crashes when you click the register button to send a phone number it just crashes nothing works at all anymore and all my points are lost for my previous app which I was never able to redeem

Pretty awful app. Very hard to navigate and has listings for locations that do not exist and has others completely mislabeled on the adresses. You also cannot order their whole menu on the app. Probably better to use the website but it has a reward system so at least there's that Update I'm now unable to pay on the app due to some error pertaining to their system. Despite all information being 100% correct all payments are declined. This app is a complete joke. Can't order on the website either

Unable to pay using credit card directly. Need to reload gift card in app using credit then pay for food.... Very strange and hard to pay for food. Please fix so I can pay directly with credit and will change review. Geolocation fails and you need to manually search to find a location. Adding a store as a favorite doesn't do anything, doesn't default ordering to this store.
