It's not working at all. When installed give error and not even opening now. Before this app was working than last few days start giving error. I reinstall it and now it's not at all opening. I am frustrated as being a health practitioner I need it on my mobile everytime. But it's not at all working now, not opening always showing error sign. Kindly fix it soon.

I am a healthcare worker and we use this to sign in/sign out from work. the problem is if you're a night shift (11:30pm to 7:30am) you cannot sign out at 7:30am because it says you have to check in again. Please fix your system because this a problem for us. Also my attendance is not showing. I also opened it on web thinking that maybe the problem was my phone, but then it is also the same. no attendance history showing both on mobile app and the website.

current status as of mar 2021 .. surprise .. still not working. i put the name and password and it just loops back.. fix it , alsoeven after update / delete / reinstall still says passeord wrong and its not , besides that they disable ur user because you rate them bad .. grow up !

The developer needs to fix the system. it often shows "error please try again later". And also, tgey beed to add more english translations because most of the users are foreigner employees who can't read arabic characters.

Always lagging, or server is down. The problem is that Hayak is attached to it. I got two absences and many late entries because of it, although I was on time or I logged in, but the transaction for unknown reason didn't go through.

It's not working. The biometric feature is not appearing on my phone. I already updated my phone's system and updated the app here in google play, but it's still not working.

the server can not handle multiple log-in of the employees, it's crashing every time-in. for the night shift staff, we need to wait till 12 MN to time-in as if you do it on 2300h or 2330h, and you time out next day, the app will say "need to log in". Please look after that matter. No one wants their salary to be deducted by the feature you don't have in your system.

I can't enter from this app in my phone. only by computer. Always is saying wrong password and reinstalling it. Don't know what's the problem with it. Need to be review it and updated.
