Just installed my Doorbell 2 Pro R811 and have been using this app. No issues so far, aside from some minor typos that I assume are a result of translation to English. So far, everything works as well as you would expect. I do wish they would have more add-ons for their doorbell, as their AI add-ons seem like they are compatible with security cameras only. There is also no Dark Mode, which I found disappointing. But overall a decent app.

Update 6/28/24. Botslab app been working fine to my video Doorbell. However got updated on 6/27/24 and now I have issues with my Video Doorbell. When I open video Doorbell app on my phone, app stops. When I go to my events then out, app stops. I have to open my app twice in order to go into my video Doorbell app on my phone. Again, issue didn't happen till recent update through Google Play Store. Thank you. Looking forward to your response.

Excellent doorbell with camera additional protections. Having video playback even when the doorbell is not activated is very helpful these days! Also as excellent the extra avenues for social media, groups and customer service should you have a question or perhaps an issue.

Doorbell has internal storage but there is no way to access the internal storage from the app. Claims to work with Google home but nothing shows up on the screen when accessing from Google home.

Events recording are only 1 second long. It take a few trys to view your cameras away from home. The 360 app is better but can't find those cameras anymore

Good. Keeps dropping out and loses connection to wifi even though very close. Have to either restart router or re boot camera. Very food for the money and updates may sort out niggles. Wider angle would have been bettwr and able to take higher photos, but the height angle is a bit limited.

This app is a DATA KRAKEN . It does nothing without the location active. Why do you need my location when i make a software update for my car Dashcam!!!!!!! I can not access the camera fom the app without fraking location enabled.

I just installed a few days ago. Worked well for 2 days. I traveled out of state, and it keeps notifying me of the presences in front of my home, but won't show me video. When I logged in, there was no history as if I'd never used the app. I logged out and attempted to log in, and now it tells me I don't have an account. It also does not let me add a photo but says it's updated. I'm disappointed since I got the video bells and the app for times like now when I travel. Disappointed.
