I'm super happy woth this tracker and app!! I paid $9.99 for the tracker on Amazon and the app does everything I need it to for around $6 a month. the app was a bit confusing at 1st but customer support helped me immediately figure it out and were awesome! 4 full weeks of battery life with daily tracking set on the highest setting was super impressive also! Definitely don't hesitate, buy it! I have the Salind 11 4g tracker.

App works great(every lower star review has an easy fix). Only negatives(which don't really matter in the long run) are; 1. The magnet on back of my salind device, is weak...but a couple zip ties don't hurt my heart any...2. The on/off switch broke after the first month, so it's forever stuck on(however, standby mode is a great feature that limits battery consumption to make it last about 2wks), & 3. The annual subscription should come w/live security that contacts police. $100 is a lot of $$$$

Monthly subscription isn't bad but considering its lack of technology, it's only worth about 5.00 a month. Device is hard to navigate. Map is near impossible to read and follow. No satellite view during route. Everytime you try to pin an area to give you notifications it doesn't allow it. Just all around not user friendly. Definitely needs updating. Edit: no need for me to email you, already have. The issues are listed above.

The worst app I have ever used! The notifications and alert are awful! The notifications and alerts worked for about a month out of the 5 months that I have had this poc. It's totally not worth the money or subscription of $6.99/month. Every time I go to get support, I end up on some Dutch support site that I can not understand! The notifications, alerts and geofences do not even register entering or exiting. I have tried everything, the only answer that makes sense is the app is a poc!

I have been using PAJ GPS and app for 2 years now. Exceptionally good product! However with the new updated app, things seem to be going badly. The app is telling me my car is Home when it's very far away, in a different town (I am looking at it) and yes the GPS is inside of the car. It showed accurately the journey to my destination and then boom, the app magically transported the location of my car to the HOME area. This is really disconcerting. I would like the old app back.

PAJ Portal v1 forces me to upgrade to v2, however, v2 is not installable on the Google Pixel Tablet, so I cannot use v2 on this device, neither can I use v1 anymore on it as it now just requests me to upgrade to v2, which I cannot do, instead of doing the job it is supposed to do as long as v2 doesn't install on the Pixel Tablet. v1 ran pretty well on the Google Pixel Tablet in the past. I do not like to have functionality taken away from me by a major version update. Fix this, I am paying.

Love the new V2 of this app. Lots of new features and a better layout. Update..... Since using V2 the battery life on my tracker seems to be much shorter. I used to get 2 weeks out of a charge on the old app. Now I am only getting one week.

The app is easy to install and to use. It has many alarm options one can configure. Users can also customize data from the device, such as the picture. One can also see the best route for reaching it in the map view. So far I am amazed with the device and the app!
