glitchy and slow. took several attempts to get the key to download. handy, but i wouldn't rely on it

Pointless app. It took me at least 2 attempts to register each guest's name, the UI was so awkward. Upon arrival at the hotel, the app said that my room wasn't ready, despite it being 2 hours later than check-in time. This turned out not to be the case when I approached reception. Not sure what this app is for - profiling? Up-selling? A cyber scam? Nothing in the user's interest, anyway.

Digital key is unreliable at best. It sometimes works but usually takes ages. Stood at the door holding my phone to it and nothing happens then all of a sudden it unlocks after standing there for over a minute. While this is annoying it's made worse when you have to use this in other areas such as in the lift which won't work until it recognises it. Not to mention if you have no signal the key doesn't work at all.

The digital key feature was amazing. Made it a lot easier to check in/out. Although check-in was at 3, the app claimed the room wasn't ready, which was misleading. Apart from that, I would use this feature again. Staff were helpful, and the service overall was amazing. Will definitely visit again.

I tried it a month ago "online checkin not available, we're doing an upgrade". Got another email saying "check in with the app". And surprise, it still doesn't work. App doesn't really appear to do anything. Why advertise a feature in every email when it doesn't blinking well work? Fix your emails or your app. One or the other, PLEASE.

Difficult to navigate & edit. Despite saving information several times it wasn't stored & I had to fill it in again. I saved my guest details but name came up as Unknown & I couldn't edit it.

The digital key loaded but didn't work. We weren't notified when the room was ready (which the app said we would be). We couldn't check out using the app and had to go to reception to do it. So a big old fail on all fronts.

Great experience . I could get my key on the phone when i got close to the hotel and go straight to my room. Also very convenient to order drinks, book time in wellness area and checking out from the app without going to reception
