I used to have severe sleeping issues and for being productive, sleep plays an important part in it. Later on it started to affect my different daily routines such as work, transit, sports etc. I went to many solution providers already existing in the market, and invested on them but wasn't able to find something which can really be helpful when my eyes are wide opened. I think that's the key differentiator for the app, would recommend SOS for people like me. This app will really help you. Thnx!

Well, having been able to recently test a few of meditation programs on the app, I can say it feels like they may be working. That said, I wasnt able ti use it for the full length of the trial. not sure if it was a network glitch or not, but the programs periodically would get stuck loading. There have been some positive and noticeable changes recently, though I'm just not sure what led to what yet. with that in mind I would like to continue for a little while longer, just to be sure.

Best meditation app, hands down. The SOS Method is honestly life-changing. I've always struggled with overthinking, so meditation is a challenge to say the least. I've tried ALL the apps and so many other strategies to get my brain to settle down. But SOS Method is in its own league. I don't have to battle against my thoughts, I can just sit back and listen and it relaxes me in minutes. I love that there are dozens of options, too, literally a meditation for every mood. Best app out there!

Bedtime comes easy with SOS I am sure I am not the only person raving about the wonderful sleep series SOS offers, but just want to share my experience as well. The best part of the app is that you don’t have to keep your phone next to you when you are sleeping. You can keep the program playing at a distance and will slowly fall asleep. I think that is such a relief!

Stress reduced effectively I didn’t think stress can be done away with easily. There’s work, personal issues, family, so many angles of stress, and in my particular case, it was just piling up. I came by SOS and found the guide I needed. I have tried most of their programs, especially the ones on stress and sleep and can swear by them. Trust me, this is one app you will love and never deinstall! Now, I feel less stress and so much more happier.

SOS delivers what it promises There are lots of meditation apps that promise a lot and then do nothing. You pay a bomb in subscriptions and what you get is some silly chants and music. SOS Method is NOT one of those apps. It’s real and it’s great! I have not tried all the programs, but the Sleep Series and it really works. Now I actually fall asleep in a couple of minutes and don’t even wake up in the middle of the night. This app delivers what it has promised.

This is the best meditation program I don’t know what exactly it is about sos method, but I have fallen in love with the meditation programs it has. It’s probably the voice, or the music, or the pattern, could be anything. But it works like magic. I think in all my years this is the best app based meditation program that I have experienced

Great content in one app I think what’s making a difference in my experience with SOS method is the content it offers. Great stuff really! Not some random meditations and tunes, but real focused programs that address different problems. I think it’s amazing how the programs on stress and anxiety works making it so much better for people like me to declutter and be stress free. I am definitely going for a 5 star for SOS.
