Couldn't scroll down page where I was writing comments so I don't know what exactly was typed. Passed the video option, took too much time, my phone went to home screen and when I reopened the app I couldn't find the video option. Other than that it's a cool app. I like it and it was fun to do if only my truck wasnt wrecked.

Had to install and uninstall three different times for app to open. Then app wouldn't accept sign on after many attempts. Then after finally when app accepted sign on, and I completed walk through photos and video, after 6 attempts to Submit walk through media, I got message, "Unable to process your request to send. Please try again later". Took my phone to my carrier to check it out and carrier determined that app is the problem, not the phone or the carrier. App also erased optional comments.

The app is easy! The animated outlines of where I had to take photos was helpful! But I feel like I shouldn't have had to take photo's! It is not my responsibility to do someone else's job! There should have been someone sent to me, to look at my vehicle!! The old fashioned way!! Nothing is personal these day's!! It seems as though the internet has turned a lot of people lazy!! Easy to use, clear instructions and outlines to follow for taking insurance pictures. Made the process for this step of our claim easier. Was helpful that I could pause & pick right back up where I left off so I could do it 5 min at a time on my breaks at work too.

Would never let me sign in, tried installing 4 times but could only get to a screen telling me to go back to the message from my insurance company, which would only open the Play store again... just ask your agent to send them the photos directly, don't bother with this app.

This app proved to be completely useless since it would not allow me to login, no matter which method or how many attempts that I made. Looking back at the reviews I suspect that this app worked in the past, but it is worse than useless now. It has proven to be a complete waste of my time!

Super easy-to-use! And it saves your pictures if you don't have time to finish in one day. Be sure to allow at least 20 mins to complete.

Nowhere in your app. Can I find a setting that says, allow permissions to see my photo gallery? When I open settings and then apps on my phone I cannot find anything about gallery With your app.
