It worked great the first few days of school, but since a few days ago it only queues one of our kids in the school's system, but both show up as queued in my app. So, every day now I have to walk inside to get one of my kids from the front office while the other one shows up as being released, but by a teacher who he doesn't even have. Great idea for an app, but has major issues!

They can't sync properly. The school has the email of many parents but they can't get the app to sync to the schools list of emails. Customer service is terrible as the school has contacted them daily to get it fixed and they either are not capable or don't care. The school says they've done everything they can and are waiting on Dashpass to sync. Not a great service.

Hate this app. It takes forever to load and you have to go through too much for it to work sometimes. It doesn't work as well as schools think it does. You also have to either drive with your location on or text and drive right as you're reaching the school for it to work properly.

We are a split family. There are 4 parents for my 3 children. Apparently we ALL have to use my email to use this app. The children are walkers when with me..so every day I have to go in and change them to walkers. Unless it is raining same when with dad. Why do I have to change this DAILY? This is not a convenient app to use. Requiring families to have a smart phone WITH service just to pickup their children is bs.

My kids school is trying this out and so far it is horrible. I opened the app to have it ready to click the release button and it decided that I wanted to release my kid while I was still way back in line. Lots of confusion. So far it makes picking up my child take much longer

App tells me i dont have a child to pick up when im on school property so i have to walk to the office for him but when i get home the app will let me select my childs name and tells me he is called for release. horrible system needs better IT professionals to work on it. Good idea in therory but sucks in real life!😡 still after weeks of complaining it doesnt work i still have to go to the front office everyday maybe by next year yall will figure it out!😡😡

App won't sync anymore and never sees me as there either. Kids always show up as "released" buy the school won't release them until I walk up there in person and show them I'm there. The school has sent me links to register but it just takes me to my app where it shows my kids as "queued" even on a day they don't have school.
