Like many of the reviews, this app stopped sharing notifications quite a few months ago. I can still log in and see up-to-date vehicle tracking and services, but no alerts or notifications are given with my Samsung S21, which defeats many of the upsides of this service. Both my phone and the app are up-to-date. Notifications stopped, and app crashes started with the last app update.

This app had been working great for me since 2018 when I got my car until last month 3/27/21 it has not updated location at all. I've restarted, Uninstaller, re downloaded, and reset password. It doesn't work. It says my car is at a whole different location while it's right in front of me. It's really disappointing I was really happy with this app.

I noticed a while back that I was not getting notifications for my vehicle anymore. I was checking it today after dropping it off at the dealership, ait had not updated the location for 6 hours. It was showing it as being in front of my work. I noticed there is a 2025 duplicate of this available, was there a switch without any notification?

This app worked for about the first week after I got it with my car, and now it doesn't work at all. According to the app my car hasn't moved from my garage in almost a year 😐 Edit: App now kind of keeps track of my car, but now it constantly crashes, making it almost useless. For a service that cost so much, you would think the app would be more developed.

Location of car is always wrong. Can't even put in my home address since what it shows is wrong. No way to fix it. GPS is not a new concept. Why is the GPS wrong when that's the main purpose of this app??! What a joke & waste of money. Go buy your own cheap GPS & put it on your car. It will work way better than this. Then you can give the police the CORRECT info if it gets stolen! All the trip info is wrong too since it doesn't pick up the real locations. Worst app I've ever used for anything!

It worked GREAT for the first 2 months TO THE DAY that I had this truck/gps tracking. Last update was 9/15 at 5pm. It will NOT show actual location of the truck anymore. Geofence/app/system is now 100% useless. When I log on via computer still no tracking, ZIP! What good is paying for this service when it no longer works?!

Doesn't work, for all the $$ they charge. This app is worthless, while I use my car daily, and when I open the app, nothing is register, not where the car is, not how many miles its travel.. nothing, I tried updating the app, and it says it's up to date.. I was also force to pay for this service not by choice, so there is that.

Doesn't stay signed in. Have to reset password everytime it signs out. You won't know that your signed out which makes the app useless when you're depending on notifications if something happens to your car. Was forced to buy from dealer which had it pre-installed. This is a scam, waste of money and time.
