I have the app. I have an account. I was able to use the app a couple of times. However, when I try signing in now my app opens, I can see my points displayed, but it throws up a confirmation box. I have tried putting my email, telephone number, misc into the confirmation box but nothing happens when I submit it. The only way out of the confirmation hell is click continue as guest but then I am no longer in my account, the points disappear, and it wants me to make an account.

Poorly designed app. Two days after an order is complete, I still see the app notification that the order is in progress. This persists through restarting the phone. I had to disable the location permission because it kept tracking me during that time, using more battery than necessary. As for ordering and rewards, I can't redeem points to use as part of a combo. They warn about it taking off the offer, but I shouldn't have to manually add the side and drink for such a common purchase.

It's a mixed bag of issues. I've loved and hated the app. Hardees has the best fast food breakfast menu in the restaurant game. Unfortunately after you've spent your money on the app for purchases, you get points but I've lost about 2000 points and they didn't expire. My total just hit zero one day and I lost all the benefits that my hard earned money was supposed to get me and I have no one to reach out too, no help at all.

So on one hand the app is pretty easy to use. Some good deals pop up and pretty seamless to customize orders. Now for the bad. You can't use this app in stores. There's no way to redeem coupons in the restaurant and if your Hardee's is attached to a gas station and the only one with in an hour radius you can't us the app because it can't find the Hardee's. So I'd love to use the app but I can't. Will up date when fixed

The nearest one is about 5 miles away from me, and the app can't find it. I have eaten at the location before. Even went as far as typing in the exact address from Google maps (Google has it listed at the location).I thought that with the app, I could order ahead and pick up my order. If the issue gets fixed, I will give it a better score.

App used to be fine. I decided to use it today, but it no longer lets me login with Facebook. It says that the embedded browser is outdated. App itself is fully up to date. I tried saying forgot password, but I never get an email. I tried logging in from my browser, but it has a pop-up that says I need to accept the new terms and conditions. I check the box and hit submit, and it says I haven't entered a phone number, which there is no place to enter one. My only option is to continue as guest.

Got app purely for rewards program. Have yet to get anything because their programmers can't figure out how to setup account backend stuff. Google sign-in broke first time. This time they added a phone number requirement for reward program, and it pops up a non descript error message and resets the points.

I've downloaded the Hardee's app after a period of ordering from the website, but whenever I log in with my email, a confirmation screen comes up. I type in my phone number, but nothing happens, so I click the "continue as guest" link, and I'm back where I started. Please fix your app!
