The Dreamer

It's better than some other escape room type games I've played, but it's only okay. Giving directions for puzzles would be helpful. Also, change your hint system. No one wants the answer given to them directly. We want to try ourselves. Maybe if we were given directions, then we wouldn't be so lost on certain puzzles. Honestly, these were typical escape room type puzzles, so I knew what to do once the puzzle activated. I didn't love the ending. Seemed unfinished and anticlimactic.

decent till you get to the generator puzzle which is simply memory except if you make one mistake you lose any randomizes the pieces all over again do you have to do it perfectly in one try memorize about 20 different locations of where the shapes are or start over again with all the shapes in the new locations memorize that and do it perfectly. why on Earth did the creator think this was a good puzzle this is of one of the most annoying puzzles I've ever seen in a game and I stop playing.

Good game, but very obviously rushed for the release on the promised date: this can be seen from how things don't maintain their state when you zoom in and out (the grates that appear locked after you open them are one example). If you lose, you have to restart the application to get back to the checkpoint. However, the main reason I'm rating low is the terrible performance that drains battery and immensely heats the phone for no reason. As good as this is, it could have used more beta testing.

Bad navigation. The "Back" button is on the left: you gotta reach it across the whole screen length. Notifications ("Closed" etc) are on the right, often hidden under my right hand tapping objects. This game's ergonomics is perfect for left handed people.

great game, cant wait for strange case 3. as some people mentioned, the interaction with certain items was unclear (especially the puzzle with the tiles at the very beginning), but one gets used to that quickly.

Great game! Had a lot of fun playing this one. Great story & puzzles (all difficulties, but hints helped - usually lol). Only criticism & it's minor would be I thought it was short, the 3rd chapter can cut you off prematurely (exit game & restart, just don't go upstairs) & some hints should either help with puzzles/clues or get rid of ads for completed tasks. I did some things out of order & had to watch ads for tasks I did or needed help with something I couldn't have help with a couple times.

Rather disappointing after the 1st game , which I loved ! ( Except for the rather obtrusive soundtrack) After 5 minutes I bought the ad-free version ! The ghost vision, which was my favourite feature in the 1st game, is only regained at the end and instead of having your items on screen you constantly have to open the briefcase . The entire game is situated in a psychiatric asylum , so the decor is quite boring. I hope the 3d game will be more like the 1st one !

So far I really loved the game, even though it was a bit short. The storyline and graphics ard really lovely. But, I feel like it may have been a bit too hard and some solutions were a bit illogical, therefore making it harder to solve. I'm not sure if there is now a walkthrough, but when I played there wasn't any and I struggled so much I almost quit. To sum it up, this game is really good and challenges you, if you're up for a mind twist try it, but start with the alchemist first. :)
