The game has so many glitches. I can't complete requests because it won't let me build a flower shop because the population and no way to fix it for multiple levels. Also current glitch says I've sent 2/1 steamboats but won't let me pick a new clan task. I wish there was better mechanics to rearranged your town and maybe put houses in storage to fix population problem. I also don't like that a lot of the higher level buildings are not in theme/time period. And support in game is nonexistent.

It would be nice of people to send you coins when you help them with their boats. 2nd you need to fix bugs on chicken Frenzy, it'll go all the way down to the count down to start & instead of playing the clock just resets & sometimes it shows 10hrs, 8hrs, instead of 3hrs. I've logged out, checked internet connection (all good) and go back to app & start all over, sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't & I just have to wait & end up losing playing a handful of rounds to collect chickens.

Horrible customer service, they do not fix bugs nor make it right when you contact support, always losing gold bars which aren't easy to get, they don't reimburse. They also put ZERO effort into improving the game. It's to easy to collect all of the puzzle pieces that tell you a small story about the Oregon trail & after a few have been completed, it's done. They don't add anything. Don't waist your time or money on this game because it's not even close to the original Oregon trail & they suck

Still giving a 1 star rating. I submitted an issue to support on 11/03/24, response "we'll get back to you w/a resolution". Nothing has been resolved. No one has reached out, even after my multiple attempts for further info about the issue. I get zero support. They responded twice w/the same response that someone would get back to me shortly w/a resolution. I guess shortly is over 20 days.

Usually great, but haven't been able to access the game since 8pm 11/9/24 bc game freezes on opening as 2 programs, the new gold mine comp and the chicken frenzy results, keep trying to open at the same time upon starting the game and unable to close 1 of them to allow the game to load. Please get this glitch fixed asap

This game starts out fun. BUT!!!! The ads they make you watch, half of them are corrupted!! After you watch most of them and try to close back to the game, they direct you to 3 or 4 other pages. Then you have to back out of all of them to RESTART!!!!! Oregon Trail, and you don't even get the reward for watching the ad. I am now deleting the game after 1 day of trying. Can't take wasting my time on something stupid.

This game NEVER fully loads the 1st time. It takes multiple attempts. The game play is irritating. The point is to build your town and send supplies to the trail. However, the game often asks for items that you can't manufacture for another 2 levels (which take forever) another issue is the barn fills fast and when you pay and use multiple supplies to upgrade, you only gain a miniscule amount of storage. Started off fine, but after 2 weeks I'm ready to delete the game. NEEDS WORK!

As time goes on there are more and more technical issues popping up. I haven't been able to watch any ad videos for free items (from the store or circus), and the "double" option is completely gone for the daily reward. Moreover, the game freezes a ton and I have to go into Apps and force stop the game to get it to work again. There should be more decorating items too, especially trees. But I like this game enough to leave a review, even if it's just me complaining 🤷♀️
