Please fix the highlighting ability on mobile devices! This has been an ongoing issue for as long as this app has been available. It's difficult to highlight just a couple of words, instead it picks the sentence below or above, or will continue beyond what you want highlighted. There's no way to eliminate what you don't want highlighted. Instead you have to delete the whole highlighted area and start again. This has happened on multiple devices.

All is fantastic! I love the new feature where I can see my highlighted scriptures in the side panel. It's great for helping my eyes stay focused and jog my memory, without losing my place. It's awesome for keeping main points together 😄. I'm having one recent issue though, the same as Miguel Abad. On my laptop, I can be typing or speech texting, and without touching anything, my cursor jumps to the bottom of the note and puts text there instead. Thanks so much for your hard work on the app! 😊

App stops playing audio 1 minute and 8 or 9 seconds after I close it out, open another app, or turn off my screen. I drive a ton and wish I could use this app to listen to stuff but the only way to do that is to leave my app open and I can't really do that while I drive. And yes, I've even tried downloading the audio that I want to listen to and the issue persists. I use the original songs to calm my baby too and this adds another layer of frustration. Hope this can be fixed. 🙏

Updated 04/12/25: SUGGESTIONS 1. A way to check off articles, magazines, books, and media that I have read or watched. For those of us with a poor memory. 2. An option to listen to the daily text. 3. Would love to be able to add my personal study notes to home screen favorites. 4. A way to set study/event alerts, like a pop-up in the morning that says,"Good morning. It's time to read the daily text." But I guess we can just use the native phone calendar alerts. Keep up the great work!

Hello, I have songs in a Playlist, and for some reason, my Shuffle does not work. I made sure the Shuffle was on under the settings on the page where the song plays. I pull up the app then click the diamond under personal study then click Playlist and the songs appear. It gives two options play all and Shuffle, I click Shuffle and one song plays but then it goes back to the Playlist page. It won't play song after song. This happens online and offline. What would you suggest? Thank you.

Having problems editing notes, the cursor constantly jumps to the end of the note, making it difficult to keep track of what was being edited. The ability to highlight is also disrupted, it doesn't pick up where you are pointing, and sometimes won't work at all. Such a shame, the app used to work extremely well however, it has now become rather frustrating, and I'm thinking of going back to physical copies of the publications.

I love the app. If these additional features were to be added that would be much wonderful. 1. Search button: A search button is necessary for searching a cetain book, song and video by name or content. 2. Sign in: If there was an option to connect JW Library was to Jwhub account and syncing is automated, it would be much beneficial in case one looses their device unexpectedly. In the new device they would only need to sign in and all the notes in personal study comes back. Thank you!

The teaching videos and a plethora of easy to understand content for all ages and backgrounds and cultures. Available with a click content in well over one thousand languages and increasing day to day. All totally free without joining or "signing in" No personal information is required, reused for any other purpose other than that which may be specifically requested. 👍🏼
