This app is pretty good for my schools sports game tickets! The reason for my two star rating is that that app never opens. It crashes as soon as the app opens, and then when I try again, it does the same. I have contacted the developer, and nothing has helped. they just give me the advice of delete/reinstall and stuff like that. It still doesn't work. The reason this is rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because I can buy my tix on the website and then open them in the app through my email. - Keith

Not user friendly for those that do not use technology daily. Fans are forced to buy tickets through app. Could not find confirmation in email of ticket purchase. Contacted GoFan Support for assistance online, provided required info requested only to receive promotional info for GoFan. Once an account is established, there should be an easier way to retrieve tickets through an account. Very frustrating.

Good overall experience, but transaction was a little difficult. Mostly, I think because of the school system, but the app could have made things even easier for the idiots that run my high school.

I guess the app does what it's supposed to do but I see no need for it. It only cost parents and grandparents more money to attend school events. Some of us are already struggling trying to support our children and now have to pay an extra dollar to do it online and some of us are not tech savvy so it's a challenge to buy the tickets online and find them after purchase. Bottom line; I don't like this app!!!!!! You asked!!

Ihave a hard time signing in. The app does not recognize my email or password. I paid for a game but couldn't find it on my phone, after getting it done on my computer. It did not get to my email. The gate person finally let me in to watch my granddaughter play fieldhockey.

Had no issues last year , but that changed this week trying to buy a ticket for My old high schools opening game this week, card was declined come to find out my card declined it because they are saying gofan is a unsecured site, so I can't go to the game now.very upsetting the sure has no customer service whatsoever and the email I sent went unanswered 😔

Absolutely horrible application to use. Every time purchasing tickets, the site and app crashes. Been trying to purchase the same tickets for weeks now and still can't get the site to work. When you try to contact GoFan you get a generic email back with no resolution.

Update: GoFan only allows a 24 hour response time when they "reach out" for escalated issues. Better not have a life, if you expect service from them. They are STILL refusing to refund double charges. They do NOT have phone support and their entire customer service dept can only be reached by one group email. I stand by my previous edits that this company is deceptice and FRAUDELENT as hell. If you don't have to use them, steer clear.
